2. He didn't "acquire" any phone number. RaT and his victim were talking on the phone as they both already had each other's phone numbers. They were exchanged years ago so how could it have "shut her up"? Fucking liar.
3. Go after her legally? Translation: Please go after her legally so I can continue to use a dead guy's identity illegally. I really seem to be worried that she'll find out what all I've been up to!
